Still I M participating In The Training......Its A Quite Good experience About TO Learn That How Government Department How ??? Really Guys!!!!! We Have To Change Our Perception About Our Old Thoughts.....Here M feeling That They Follow A Long process To Communicate with The Seniors But They Work So Reasonable....And Every Work Which They Do which is Always Following The Prescribed Rules And Norms.......So If u Did Any Mistake In Written Than u Gone.. Its A Good Experience To Feel That They Really Do The Work But The Way they Do thats old But Now They Start Using the New Technology Like Computer, Fax,Video Conferencing,Projector....Etc Respect Is Matters A lot here...Means Mostly U Have To work With I.A.S's Officers....So Accordingly you Have to Give Proper Respect to Them......and Accordingly u Have to Maintain Dis...
